Through the pneumatic booster pump, the medium gas is driven for high-pressure liquid transportation and filling by proportional and automatic reversing reciprocating pressurization. It is equipped with an automatic clamping tool for small gas cylinders and adopts independent control of 2 stations, greatly improving the filling speed.
This system fixes and seals the gas cylinder through the clamping cylinder, fills it with the STCD25 booster pump, and automatically measures with the electronic scale. The filling stops automatically when the set weight is reached, and the clamping cylinder is automatically released, completing the filling.
The whole machine adopts full-automatic pressure and weight control to realize filling automation, improve filling efficiency and filling weight accuracy. It features a small size, light weight, simple operation, convenient maintenance, reliable performance, and a wide range of applications. It is particularly suitable for the filling of small gas cylinders such as CO2 and N2O.
