CO2 filling equipment

The carbon dioxide filling system uses compressed air as the power source. Through the large-flow pneumatic booster pump, the CO2 is driven by proportional and automatic reversing reciprocating pressurization for high-pressure transportation and filling to ensure the pure liquid output of CO2, greatly improving the filling speed. This product adopts low-pressure driving gas (about 0.6 MPa), and the pressurization part adopts piston-type pressurization, which solves the clearance problem, and the pressurization pressure can reach 20 MPa. It has 1. Small clearance during the filling process and fast filling speed. 2. High filling pressure, no need for CO2 pipe washing. 3. Gas-driven, no spark, suitable for explosion-proof occasions. 4.
